All the things on my desk were in my handbag before they were on the desk.

The Wallet to accompany the handbag
This is my wallet that goes with my handbag. It's very handy for when I want to go out on a weekend or have to go to the shops on a spare moment. It fits quite a lot. It fits my keys, my phone, my licence and a whole bunch of other cards, my usb, my rosary beads, some panadol, my cash and receipts and a pen. I can also, when needed, fit documents and at the beginning of next year when I go to New Zealand, it will fit my passport!
Today I'm busy studying for a quiz, which of course is brought to my by my handbag.

How my degree came out of my handbag.
This is where it all started and will all finish. My handbag. It's pretty big It can hold my laptop, a spare pair of clothes, my wallet, tissues, drink bottle, headphones, usb, pencil-case etc. you name it, my handbag will make it fit.
I'm coming to the end of my degree now. I'm in my 4th year of the bachelor of education. This one handbag that you see above was given to me by my grandmother when I finished high school and has gone with me to university every day since.
With the help of wifi, every assignment has been written and submitted from this hand bag. It has attended every lecture and holds all my notes. I've even eaten my lunch out of it and spilt my sultanas and nuts in it. It has been thrown around, spent hours in a hot car, carried my dirty laundry and acted as a medicine cupboard for 3 years. I am forever grateful for having this hand bag.
My friends laugh at me sometimes when I ask them to pass it to me and they ask "what on earth do you have in there?" as they struggle to lift it over a desk. I'm not saying its a Mary Poppins bag like the one Hermione Granger has in Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 and 2, (if it was it would carry my bedroom in it as well as my degree) but it comes pretty close.
Over the next year I will endeavour to portray the life of me and my handbag as I hopefully can provide you with tips and tricks on how to get through university only using the one handbag.
